I’m an O2 customer. How do I get Volt benefits?
If you already have an eligible O2 plan, you’ll get Volt benefits once you take out Virgin Media broadband and register it at the same address as your O2 plan. Then you’ll bag big benefits like double mobile data on all eligible O2 plans in your household, roaming in 75 destinations with O2 Travel Inclusive Zone* (if it’s not included in your plan already) and lightning-fast, reliable broadband in every room or money back.
*Tablets excluded from roaming benefits

Volt benefits: Volt benefits available if you have or sign up to both an eligible Virgin Media broadband service and an eligible O2 Pay Monthly tariff. Excludes Essential broadband customers. Excludes O2 Essential Plan customers.
Volt benefits include (1) A Virgin Media broadband speed boost to the next available level (up to 1Gpbs) (if your residential address doesn’t take or already have the fastest Virgin Media speeds available in your area at the point you place an eligible order or another eligible resident applies for Volt benefits; (2) Our WiFi guarantee with WiFi Max meaning up to 3 WiFi Pods in your home if you aren’t getting download speeds of at least 30Mbps in every room (subject to stock availability). If that doesn’t do the trick, £100 credit back. (3) Double the O2 mobile data for every eligible O2 Pay Monthly plan at the registered address of the Virgin Media account holder’s household (if you or any other eligible residents don’t take or already have unlimited O2 mobile data) (4) O2 Travel Inclusive Zone so you roam in 75 destinations.
The monthly data allowance for your eligible O2 plans will be doubled for all tariffs up to 250GB. For all tariffs of 250GB and over, we will increase your data allowance to unlimited. This double data will not rollover. If your eligible O2 plan already includes unlimited data you will not receive an increased data allowance as part of this offer.
O2 Travel Inclusive Zone included for each eligible O2 Pay Monthly phone and SIM in the Virgin Media account holder’s name and address. Tablets excluded from roaming benefits. Includes unlimited minutes, texts and data roaming in 75 selected destinations only (our Travel Inclusive Zone), subject to fair usage at no extra charge. Non-commercial use only. No upper use limit on data but traffic management steps will apply. Excludes mobile broadband, smart watches and tablets.
Volt benefits applied up to 14 days following order (or up to 14 days following Virgin Media installation for existing eligible O2 customers purchasing Virgin Media broadband).
Separate contracts and terms and conditions apply to your broadband and mobile services.

I'm having trouble getting my double data and travel inclusive zone. both the virgin media site and the O2 site state that I am eligible yet I don't seem to get the benefits. I have contacted both sites by phone which resulted in two identical messages from Virgin volt, saying I was eligible but it can take up to 14 days. The first message came on 29th January and the second on 11th Feb. - both now well over 14 days. My virgin speed boost has been activated but nothing from O2. Can anyone help?

As we are all customers here, no, we can't help.
Our community manager @Dave-O2 might be able to, but it's not his job to provide customer service either.

Sorry if I'm in the wrong thread. Have you any suggestions how I can get to the right person to do something? I've tried customer service and the nearest O2 shop with no luck.

Best way is to contact o2 via Social Media, they will ask for a few details, in my case Virgin Account Number, and also a few personal details, then it should be added think they said upto 15 days but it was only a few days...
