If you have upgraded an O2 phone, just use your old sim in the new phone.

Sim cards can be converted into any size you need.

However, if you are new to O2 and wish to keep your existing number, see the guide to port in here Guide: Migration & porting into O2  

The same guide also covers number migrations if you are staying with O2 but have a new contract or are switching between contract and PAYG.
