I'm trying to get the bill with VAT number for my accountant and get this message.
To make our charging clearer, we’ve moved your bill to VAT inclusive. This means there’s no longer a breakdown of VAT. If you use your mobile for business and require a VAT bill to submit your accounts, please chat with us online.
Struggling as there's no option for this in the virtual assistant and no other means of contact.
