Just upgraded to new VM package Inc new SIM. Specified number retention and gave them pak number but now my account shows two numbers? Not set up new SIM yet.

If you are migrating from one o2 number to another o2 number then you dont need to use a PAC Code, as that is only required from off network porting. 

 

You will need to contact o2 and ask them to migrate the contracts, and pay off anything outstanding on the old contract. 

Just be aware some o2 agents are refusing to do migrations  so good luck, and if they wont do it you will need to look at porting the number you want to keep out to another network (PAYG) and then back into o2..
