PHONE BLOCKED

My husband has managed to block his phone and cannot get to the PUK Code. Need to speak to someone to help him. O2 shop told him to go to someone who can hack into it! Someone in O2 must be able to help

To get your O2 PUK code, sign in to My O2 on the O2 website, go to the 'My device' section to find 'Device details', or enter your number on O2's PUK page. You can also call O2 customer service on 202 (from an O2 phone) or 0344 809 0202 (from any other phone), use the automated system to have your PUK read out, or find it on the original SIM card packaging.
