I requested a refund on Friday 15th as my account was in credit….. how long to reach my account

7 to 14 working days from when you requested it, so the process wont be started until today, and that is when the clock will start

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
