Hi everyone, as others I've had a very bumpy ride whilst returning to O2 from Virgin Media, not by choice either. Almost there after 5-6 weeks. Still can't access My O2 via the app on my mobile. Have just been told by Customer Services that I have to wait 2 months! Is this correct and more to the point WHY? I have a proven track record for many years with them, none of my details have changed and my credit rating is 100%. Also, why am I just hearing this after 5 weeks and multiple calls. Starting to remember why I may have left them in the first place.
