Resolved! How long does it take for a number to be transferred?

I started my contract on Monday 5th Sept 2022, I provided my PAC code on this day too.My new phone arrived yesterday. My number still hasn't transferred over from the old SIM (Three) to the new one as of yet.How long does this process take?

Mobile data not activating with Apple Watch

HiIm having trouble activating my mobile data with my Apple Watch. The spinning wheel of doom keeps going and it says it’s activating but nothing happens. It’s been weeks…. any ideas? Thanks

Resolved! Ealing mast down for 3rd time in 8 weeks

Why isn't O2 actually fixing the mast?W13 8RP seems to be frequently down, with the status of 'it is likely engineers are working on the issue'.Does any other area experience this??

Resolved! Mast Faults - Horwich

Getting fed up with O2, the mast in my area has been down for 2 weeks and they keep pushing back the repair date. Now its the 23rd May.Is this normal?Its getting increasingly difficult to reliably call into meetings and work in the area!
