Are you swapping O2 to O2, (migration) or bringing in a new number (porting)

Either way this will help

Guide: Migration & porting into O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@RM2000 just a heads up that it seems like O2 are having issues with porting numbers across recently - you can search this forum and see for yourself the number of issues customers have been having with this within the last month or so.

Not sure what the issue is or if theres a huge backlog but just be warned you may lose service on your old number for several days/week+ despite the timelines given to you of 1-2 business days.

I am NOT affiliated with O2 - just a customer. My advice would be to hold of porting your old number unless you are prepared to go without service for a while...
