Switched off with no explanation. No unpaid bill. Lots of data left in monthly allowance. No network problems in area. No 5G to replace it.

Mine too. Utterly infuriating. Have had to leave work and come all the way home to access wifi in order to get on to chat in the hope they can help - not at all happy with 02
