Unable to receive OTPs

I have read posts about this before but have yet to find a solution. Since moving from EE to O2 and porting my number I am unable to receive One Time Passcodes e.g from bank etc. As you can imagine this is very frustrating. I rang O2 support today. We reset the network but that did not work - now awaiting some kind of update but nothing received at present. Checked the message settings and nothing is blocked. Any ideas?

The porting files for the OTP platform have not been done correctly.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Still can’t receive OTPs (One time passcodes) after porting my number from EE. Numerous phonecalls, restriction bars removed from phone but no joy. As I understand it from reading other posts, the issue is to do with incomplete porting. Please could someone look into this @lisa @georgina
