I have read posts about this before but have yet to find a solution. Since moving from EE to O2 and porting my number I am unable to receive One Time Passcodes e.g from bank etc. As you can imagine this is very frustrating. I rang O2 support today. We reset the network but that did not work - now awaiting some kind of update but nothing received at present. Checked the message settings and nothing is blocked. Any ideas?

It might be useful to try and keep to 1 thread @kizi so we can keep track of who is helping.
From what I can tell from this thread @O2Georgina was messaging you on Tuesday.
From this thread @O2Lisa was in contact yesterday.
Have you seen their messages and replied? Has there been any contact since?
It might be that they are working on things in the background and you need to give them a couple of days to try and get changes pushed through.
