My phone was stolen nearly a week ago so it was blocked and so was the sim.
Got a new phone this week and the new sim arrived yesterday. Blocks removed. Everything works fine other than the data.
Rang o2 customer service who said to reset my phone, take out the old sim etc but still no working. Can anyone help me?
