Hi, just joined O2 kept my old number however I now don't receive the OTP message from Santander. Never had this problem before. I'm not getting any joy from the Live chat as they say its a bank issue looking at other comments on here others have had the same issue! How did you all get it fixed?! Thanks

You need to contact O2.

I messaged them on X said nothing they can do I said I may have to look at cancelling as I need access to online banking said I'm within my cooling off period and may look at cancelling they said OK and sent link to contact the cancellations team! Would rather get it sorted !

Regretfully, Santander pops up frequently with regards to OTP. Has done for some years. Seems hit and miss if it works with O2
Maybe better off cancelling
