Hi I've been charge x3 times on my bank account for £20 each time. Totalling up to £60 i am owed back. After attempting to top up on the app. Even though the app declined my transactions x3 times and I should not be charged this.

I am trying to switch from EE to o2. I am struggling to activate my SIM. With old SIM in I can’t send the “SWAP” text it fails to send. Any advice please?
