Five days now since O2 should have ported my old Virgin number. I’m
still on a temporary O2 number. No timescale as to when it will happen,
no support from O2. What is happening?
This is now the fourth day since O2 was supposed to port my old number
from Virgin to O2. It still has not happened. No explanation, no
timescale as to when it will happen. Is this normal?
Recently Virgin Media asked for me to transfer my mobile account to O2.
A new O2 sim arrived by post and on Friday 28th October I advised O2 of

My experience is almost identical, my Virgin service ended on Tuesday
morning and as of today, Friday, I’m still on a temporary O2 number. O2
staff seem virtually clueless.
