@OranEdwards -

You need to contact O2.

Private message them on Social Media. Facebook link below or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

If I had a penny for every time Santander raises thier head ,... Time they got with the program

I've never had to do an OTP for any of my Bank Accounts and that includes my credit card!

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I have no doubt people are sick of this subject coming up but I have had this same issue for about 9 months and I'm resolved to sorting it out.  I need to verify my Santander bank cards on my watch and this requires a OTP.  The texts just do not arrive yet, in every other respect, my mobile and network are working perfectly.
Spoke at length with Santander tech today and he could see each time I had asked for a code, including April this year, and where they had sent a OTP.  They were not aware that I hadn't received them but we then went through checks, particularly the numbers I had blocked on my phone - none were related to Santander.
All they can assume is that the texts are being blocked, so If I'm not blocking them, the network must be?  To make matters more complicated, I left O2 for Tesco Mobile in the last few days but, at least it is on the same network.  Tesco have been excellent and have assured me they are not permitted to block numbers, that I should talk to O2.   The O2 chat service would drive you crazy, especially as I no longer have a number with O2 and it won't put me through to a human.
Have any of you kind folks actually found a fix for this obviously very common issue?  TIA

Now that you have moved from O2 I doubt they are not going to be able to deal with this.

It's a problem that has blighted O2 and it's MNVO'S for a long time, although I have also seen it with Three.

What the incompatabliy betwe Santander's system and O2 is we will likely never know

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Update: Santander chat said to phone them and they will provide a new phone number for the OTP.  Will do so when they open again tomorrow, we'll see if that does the trick!
