I converted my physical sim to an eSIM to transfer the number to a new phone and now it’s not working, I have no sim nor service on either phone

Did not the new phone take a plastic SIM then it was just a case of swapping it over?

Hope you get it up and running but if you have problems call into an O2 store with photo ID.

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

If you've already done the sim swap, remove the plastic sim from the phone to activate the esim.

Yeah, 1st bit of advice, don't do e-sim with O2 - they suck, and their aftercare for e-sim issues is pathetic.
