Hi all
I applied an Airalo esim in October. Before the esim was activated, my S24 stopped receiving incoming calls. After 4 days I deleted the esim and the app, which made no difference. Since then, I have upgraded to an S25 and changed the physical sim twice. I still cannot receive incoming calls - either over wifi or normally. There is no call diversion, blocking, etc. I can receive calls from spouse as they are also O2. Outgoing calls, data and messaging are unaffected. I have been raising tickets with O2 for a month now with no response.
I'm missing important calls - doctors, etc. What can I do to fix it?
Thanks!

Persevere with O2.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook or Instagram https://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/social-media or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

It seems to be a known issue with the Airalo eSims, as it takes over the Primary for incoming calls, so the best thing to do is to
Check your call settings and that your o2 is set to primary calls for inbound
Remove the Airalo eSIM
From what I have seen on the likes of Reddit and Apple Support this can fix the issue, but it may be worth reaching out to either Airalo Support or Samsung.

Thanks, I was wondering if anyone else had come across this and could help with a fix. Apologies for being unclear! I will continue to try to get a response from O2!
