Could anyone help please?

I have suddenly been unable to receive any 2 factor authentication or OTP ( one time passcodes)

I am able to receive and send to my usual contact text messages.

It is either a problem with o2 or the service provider. 

Best thing to do is contact both the company you are trying to get them from and o2.
