I called your technical department to transfer my phone number from O2 to a new O2 sim card. Everything was approved but my problem is still not solved.
Can this be done faster?

Not by anyone on here, and it can take upto 24hrs to happen...

Nothing will happen over the weekend as no porting takes place then.

We're you given a date for the port by customer service?

If not, you'll need to call again.
