pixel phone damaged

hello my o2 pixel phone number pad is not responding. we are 2 80yr olds who rely on this phone for medical reasons so need urgently a replacement one that we can afford, and simply change the sim card over please help. thank you.

O2 don't do phones on their own, they have to some with a contract.

For speed your best bet would be to look at the likes of Amazon or Argos

Also, some repair shops will do repairs quite quickly, my grandson got his fixed within the hour

Get a quote from repair shop, if possible. 

Argos are usually very competitive.
