I have an eSim on my pixel 9. This new phone seems to be playing up at times so I want to swap my SIM back into my old Samsung A13 to see if the problems are actually with the phone or not. Can I get a physical SIM to replace my eSim? Please can you tell me how I go about this. Thank you.

You'll only be permitted to have one SIM active on any number at a time, @SamBristol - go into an O2 shop with the handset(s) and photo id, should be a 10minute job. Good luck!

@SamBristol

Yes you can.

Best way, to avoid any disruption, is to do it in store.

Take photo ID with you.
