Hi,

I've been with O2 for a few months and the whole time signal in horsforth has been terrible. After speaking with others, this is apparently nothing new. Really wish I knew this before changing to o2, our previous provider had great signal here- can anything be done about this? The signal tracker says that the signal here is fine, but it definitely isn't - very happy to try and have a phone conversation with someone from o2 so that you can hear the poor connection.

Please let me know next steps.

Thanks

@Horsforth

Nothing you can do unfortunately.

You had 14 days change of mind when you took the contract which you should have used if the signal was bad.

No network will guarantee 100% everywhere I'm afraid.

You can pay off what you owe and cancel which is about your only option

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
