Network in Bath area is terrible. I have had confirmation that the issue has been solved - it hasn’t! Diabolical service esp in a city who has millions of visitors every year!

You may be able to make things a little better by reading through this, @BSW7

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

And if your phone is set to 5G, flick it down to 4G, as the coverage map shows no 5G coverage in Bath yet.

Also if at home, take a look at 4G and WiFi calling - https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling

Bath has come up before. It's down to a lack of bandwidth so the area gets congested.

New masts or any work requires companies jumping through a lot of hoops planning wise.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

This is a really useful app @BSW7 that is mentioned in passing in the guide already provided to you :-

My Network App - Find Out More About Your Network Coverage | Apps | O2

https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

Understand your network coverage

With the My Network app you can keep an eye on your coverage, wherever you are. Download the app and you’ll be able to:

- check the status of our network in your area – you don’t even need to enter your postcode
- test your network speeds
- report any issues with your service.

It’s simple to use and means that you can check the network without having to visit the main site or even enter a postcode.

The My Network app is also mentioned in my original post, @Oxonian, cunningly hidden just above the screenshot - a worthwhile suggestion, I thought.
