I've been trying to pay my monthly bill for the last week through the app, but when I select my card and press make payment, I get the "just a moment" buffering screen and it doesn't get passed that. My bill is due on the 17th and i'm worried that it's not going to be accepted.

You need to contact payment management
To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
