Please could someone explain as to why I’m being charged for voicemails while traveling, I haven’t even listened to them nor have I used my o2 SIM card whilst I have been out of the EU. These charges are ridiculous. To make matters worse, I can’t even turn my voicemail off to stop further charges, nor can I contact customer support as calling would cost a further fortune and lo and behold, you no longer have email support…
Brilliant 🤷
