My o2 SIM card isn’t working it doesn’t allow me to send or receive any messages or calls. I tried many ways but it still says sim failure. Can I order a new sim with the same phone number?

Or you can call customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
Alternatively, if you have an O2 store nearby you can call in and they will give you a new sim. Make sure to bring identification with you.
