I have not had a signal for over a week, I can connect to Wi-Fi and signal in area is fine and I’ve changed my sim but still can’t connect to 4G

Have you tried putting your sim in another phone and/or another sim in your phone? Do either work?
Are your bills all up to date, or if you are on pay as you go have you topped up and used the phone recently?

I have tried everything suggested and done all the relevant checks and still can’t receive a signal?

Did you do the sim in another phone thing as well? Did the sim work?
Or another sim in your phone? Did that work?
You could get in touch with customer services to check if there are any blocks on your account, or visit your local o2 store to get a replacement sim @Matt_H .
