Hello,
I previously had an o2 sim only contract. On Friday 22nd September I got a new O2 pay monthly contract (new phone and tariff). I requested to keep my old number and was advised that the change would take place on Monday 25th. Since then I have not had the number transferred. As you can imagine, this has been very frustrating. On Monday and Tuesday I spoke with different colleagues who attempted to sort out this mess and submit the ‘correct’ forms. During a conversation with yesterday evening with an advisor, the call failed as I had lost service on the temporary number. Please can someone advise when I have will receive service on my number as it has been over 12 hours already.
