In the process of moving to O2 , we were issued with some temp new SIM 's from the local O2 shop these numbers were on the My 02 account. We have been switched over today and the numbers we are bringing over are now on the account and the two previous numbers have disappeared. As we do not have new SIM cards we are without any service. I cannot add the two temp numbers to the account as O2 want to send a security text to one of the transfer numbers but they are not active until we receive them . What can we do

That is normal and exactly what happens during the porting process.
You need to keep rebooting your phones until they come online.
Can take up to 24 hours
