For at least a year there has been very bad coverage in and around the Aldi in New Barnet (EN4 8SL). The network status checker is saying there's an issue with the mast but this should have been fixed in a year. O2 please get this sorted asap. Following the announcement of the technically legal but disappointing announcement of massive mid contract price rises, I am strongly considering moving my family's 5 numbers to a more honest network. Sorting this might sway my mind

A. This is a customer to customer Community so we can't answer account or network queries
B. As there is no one from O2 here nobody from the company will see your threat of leaving.
C. Due to the price rise you should be able to leave without penalty. You will need to follow the instructions on the email your received to do that.
For reference Guide: How to find help & contact O2

A threat that won't be seen by O2 as this is a customer forum, @norfolkingway.
No mobile network guarantees 100% coverage or availability - so if you do move, get PAYG SIMs from the other networks and test each over 30 days to see which network meets your needs best in Aldi, as many networks share masts in some areas.
O2 offer WiFi calling to increase coverage where signal is poor, try that if you have good WiFi at home.
Meantime you seem to be aware of
Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? and Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?
Also Guide: Do you have poor coverage / signal Indoors? This may help Explain / resolve it helps.
Meantime, each of your handsets should have this app installed and configured to auto report coverage issues in your postcode area:

Good luck!

As you have been told, your threats are empty, it sounds like the landlord where mast is hosted is been an ass, so maybe find out from them why..
And just leave, no point hanging around, but get some PAYG sims and test coverage as has been suggested.
o2 wont care about 5 consumer plans, you really are insignificant to them....

The problem with this, as a business model, is that all customers are insignificant - obvious by the way they are with insulting price increases, poor customer service,, a Fisher-Price account management system, etc.
Gradually, all these insignificant customers will migrate away.
Who's to say that one consumer account customer doesn't also manage a 1000+ enterprise account?
All customers need to be considered significant, as you never know.........
