Hello,

I have been with 02 for quite a number of years and treated myself to an upgrade via a third party site.

Once my new phone was dispatched I got the texts from 02 to confirm I had upgraded and that all had been processed.

As soon as I received these texts on my old handset, my signal disappeared for a full day. I thought this was purely down to upgrading and changing phones however signal returned on old handset now and again until I got my new phone and I thought this would fix it.

Fast forward to having my new phone about a week now and I have had nothing but signal issues to the point that my iphone 17 is losing 15% battery a day due to ‘no mobile coverage’

Has anyone experienced this or is there anything I can do? I never had issues until upgrading.

Thanks!
