Some things to try:

  1. Manually search for another network
  2. Reboot the phone
  3. If you have an iPhone change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
  4. Try toggling Airplane mode on/off (it often helps kickstart things)
  5. If still not working then contact O2 to remove the Roaming bar on your account

If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Thanks ! I tried all of that already but none worked! Maybe it is the roaming bar but since I don't have any network I cant call O2. I will contact them on Twitter or Facebook then!

There is a chat button at times on the webpage, but I searched for it for a while and couldn't find it when I needed to contact them. The mobile app if you have WiFi.

Thanks and regards,
Alexander

Click "Support" bottom right on your MyO2 app, an option there also lets you chat to O2, and WhatsApp is offered there as an option, @MaiaGodemer.

Also Skype is an option: Guide: A Guide to Skype Use Skype to call 0800 032 1402.

Good luck!

@MaiaGodemer To add to the advice from @pgn, to call with Skype you need to call +44800 032 1402 or +44800 081 0255

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
