Open your MyO2 app, down at bottom-right tap "Support" and it's  down the bottom of the page, @Jules__ .

@Jules__ To add to the advice from @pgn, if you click on the Shop link at the top of the page a chat window usually pops up, as O2's main intent is to try to sell you something.
