Day 7 without any data or signal. Virgin account merged last Friday. Numerous calls and txt chats, found out yesterday I was meant to be using a new 02 sim and not my old virgin one. It came today, popped it in. Still no data or network. Phone says I'm registered to network and says 02 uk on top bar. What the hell is going on?

Thanks for the reply and useful links. I managed to get it sorted without the help from 02. In case anyone else is having problems with the switch, here is what I found to get it working :
Android system Sony experia A2
Go to settings/network & Internet, and under mobile network tap Internet settings. Tap accept and voila, 4/5G enabled. Hope this helps other members of the community who are struggling

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 0344 809 0202 from another phone.
