No signal Inside for months

I've had no signal inside my home for months.

I'm in the bs5 area of Bristol.

I cant make or receive calls at all and ita really effecting my business. When will this problem be fixed. If ever? 

It never used to be like this.

Must be a local fault. I was in Fishponds three weeks ago and had good signal including 5G 

BS5 is a big area though and My Network App does show mast problems, but quite frankly that is not unusual
