My postcode is OX5 1AL and, for some reason, the mobile phone and data signal is suddenly really bad and inside the houses it doesn't work at all. This effects me and my neighbours and the problem has been going on for over a year. I've tried using the O2 signal checker and each time I use it a problem is identified and it says our engineers and working to fix it - but nothing happens. After about three updates to say the problem has yet to be fixed, the updates just stop. If anyone has any ideas as to who I should report this problem to, I'd be very grateful.
