Bought an iPhone 16 pro max 3 months ago, network has only only 3G from day one at my home post code, I’m struggling to get texts or go online inside and outside my house unless I use my home WiFi, I did do a coverage check before I went with o2 which states 4 and 5g inside and outside, phone and network are pretty much useless, can I return the phone or is there an answer?

@MrB The O2 coverage checker is only a computer estimate, or guesstimate as the case may be. The answer to your question is no, you can't return the phone after three months. O2 offers a 14 day change your mind period and that's it, so I'm sorry to say you're stuck for the remainder of your contract.

Nope, you really need to read your contract terms and conditions, as there is no guarantee of coverage anywhere, and the coverage maps (across all networks) that they are a estimation.
YOU should have done your research with live sims before agreeing to a contract.
If you want to cancel now then you would have to pay off the device plan in FULL
