I’ve received 6 months Disney+ on my upgrade, I click on the link and it takes me to sign in then says manage on o2 and starts the process all over agin and I’m getting nowhere, I paid previously on my contract but had the extras have been cancelled message the day I upgraded, can someone please help as I’m getting nowhere
