I have three O2 contracts for family and am also VM customer for many years. I have enjoyed Volt benefit for all my O2 accounts during this time.
I upgraded two of my O2 contracts earlier in the month. I was notified that Volt was removed but would be reapplied after 14 days. 14 days come and go but Volt was not reapplied for either of them. I phoned customer service and was told that 1 of them was shown to have Volt on her end. She filled the form for the other one to request Volt applied. I have since received email from VM confirm my Volt entitlement. However, Volt is still not shown on my Bolt-on list for either of these O2 account.
It would seem there is some bug in the O2 system preventing Volt to be applied despite of entitlement. The CS representative seemed to run out of ideas and simply asked me to wait. But I need the Volt travel add-on in near future.
Anyone got similar problems? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

If guidance here has been followed, @CazW Bigger benefits - Volt and your addresses match on both VM and O2 contracts, all should follow within 14 days.

As a follow-up, just to confirm that @Dave-O2 has sorted out my issue at a time of change. Much appreciated!
I am very sad that Dave is leaving the community. He has helped so many of us, me in particular multiple times in a span of years. I wish him a great future whatever he decides to do next!
