My mobile data has not worked for over a week, apparently we have good signal, ive got the my network app. I’ve tried turning on and off, removing the sim etc. Any advice please?

Also make sure that data is turned on in phone settings.

Hi, I’ve checked the service status, and have done all the ‘how can I sort my service issues’ also mobile data is turned on in settings. Still won’t connect

Also check that the APN in the settings is set to mobile.o2.co.uk and if necessary reset the network settings on your phone.
Also reboot your phone after doing the above.

You'll need to call O2 to see if 4g is enabled on your account.
Does anything at all work with data and have you tried on 3g only?

Doesn’t work with 3G either, I have called o2 but they are closed so will have to try again tomorrow, it was enabled before it stopped working? Also tried my sim in another phone and doesn’t work.
