My mobile data has not worked for over a week, apparently we have good
signal, ive got the my network app. I’ve tried turning on and off,
removing the sim etc. Any advice please?
Doesn’t work with 3G either, I have called o2 but they are closed so
will have to try again tomorrow, it was enabled before it stopped
working? Also tried my sim in another phone and doesn’t work.
Hi, I’ve checked the service status, and have done all the ‘how can I
sort my service issues’ also mobile data is turned on in settings. Still
won’t connect
