Just tried using the o2 app and it says something went wrong. So I tried my o2 on the o2 website and got the same message.

Is the my o2 part of o2 down and is anyone else having problems.

I'm on PAYG too  and my O2 account page seemed to have had a bit of an upgrade when I logged in yesterday.

 

No sign of WiFi calling yet though.

@Spindle Make sure it's turned on in your phone settings 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Yes, I test it every now and then by turning on WiFi calling and Flight mode, and then turning WiFi back on, but it's not working yet.

I have a Three SIM in Slot 2, and WiFi calling kicks in straight away with that SIM.

Been unable to see the balance on 1 of my 2 phones for 5 days now on both the app & the website account. Customer service have not given any reason in 2 separate phone calls. Staff in the O2 shop locally had no idea either. My second phone call to customer service was very weird as they repeatedly said they couldn't hear me then rang me back. It's bad timing for me to have this problem as I want to change my phone for one of the tariffs! I currently can't input any details on my account without it being immediately deleted. Thankfully both my numbers are showing as being active still. I'll give it another day & then will look to port the number I want to use for my new phone to another provider so I can get on with the rest of my life. What a shambles O2 are presenting to their customers!

I have some good news! I've just looked at my website O2 account on my laptop and it's working, showing both my numbers and tariffs with balances. App now not working at all. I'll see if that get fixed tomorrow.

Part of the My o2 app is still not working for me. For when I press on manage tariff after 10 or 12 seconds it dont seem to load the manage my tariff page.

My o2 on website seems to be now fully working for me part from loading a little slow.

My problem is still being looked at. As my o2 was fully working other day but slow in loading. Now it’s back to same as last week the manage my tariff  part of my o2 is not always loading and sometimes says something went wrong. There had been an error processing your request. Please try again later.

At times I get the feeling that o2 or not always very helpful.

As was on phone with them for over 10mins and the guy said that his end says my rolling plan looks active for for another 25 days so I can still use my phone but said it not showing up on my o2 app or website he said you should be able to update for tariff and stuff nearer the time of renewal. To me they have still not fully resolved my problem.
