Just tried using the o2 app and it says something went wrong. So I tried my o2 on the o2 website and got the same message.
Is the my o2 part of o2 down and is anyone else having problems.

Hmm. I thought the new billing system was all done and dusted over mid-way through 2024, @darrenney02 - but if that is what they say, and you are not able to use the Socials to get hold of O2, you are at the whim of the excuse they gave you.
FYI if you turn off WiFi and use mobile data, O2 website access does not ask for authentication - worth a shot if your 4G is good there.

Have been on Facebook messenger with o2 and after 15 mins they gave me this reply after I gave me this reply after I gave them my number.

I thought it was all done in early 2024, when they had a Purple team handling the last, problematic, migrations, @darrenney02.

Im on o2 pay and go rolling plan £20 a month.
My o2 is now just loafing to a blank screen on the website and the My o2 app is now only partly loading with a new layout.

Wonder if you are been moved to be able to make use of 4G Calling @darrenney02
It could also be scheduled maintenance on the PAYG Platform
