Hi I hope someone can help me here? I lost my phone 16/03/24 and I rang up to block my sim and iPhone, I then found my iPhone later on the same day so I rang up to get everything back to normal and unblocked! I’ve rang up cs 3 times and spoke to people on the o2 app atleast 2-3 times aswell and my iPhone still has no service so can not be used away from wifi! What do I do next it’s now 19/03/24 so it’s been 3 days! Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you!

Your sim will be blocked until a new one arrives, you would be best going to an o2 store with Photo ID and getting a new sim card, as you will be waiting or the mr postman to deliver a new sim card...

Hope you didnt start an insurance claim, as the phone belongs to the insurance company..

It's taking weeks for O2 to unbar phones at the moment.

We've had a few of these recently.

They press the buttons but then it takes ages for the system to process it and clear the IMEI.

iPhones are more complicated as updates also need to be applied to Apple servers.

All you can do is wait, unfortunately.

I doubt it but no harm in trying.
