Cancelling a sim swap

Recently ordered new phones for myself and daughter, daughters didn't come so after starting the process muggins here decided to let daughter have the new phone. I have now lost network as requested sim swap 🙄, have already tried network reset, re-inserting sim and ordering new e sim. Non of which are working!
