Have tried resetting network connects, factory reset, trying a differnet SIM, cleaning/dusting the slot etc.

I can see it has an APN set up and theres network but no data nor texts/voice calls (unless over wifi).

Bought it from back market and owned for 15 months looks like its blacklisted. Will press back market given it was "like new" when bought.
