I've spent 4 fruitless hours trying to reinstate WiFi calling in my pixel 7 pro. O2 live chat was unhelpful, and my attempts at calling customer service using the patchy network all fail mid call, if they even place in the first place.
WiFi calling worked for years. Today it doesn't. I've rebooted phone and router, checked WiFi calling is still enabled, reset network preferences in my phone settings, asked O2 to re-provision WiFi calling on my account, and still I get the error that I should "connect to a wireless network to make a call".
Needless to say, I AM connected to one.
Can anyone help please?

Maybe a phone issue @Vlc ?
Try your sim in a different phone to see if wifi calling works on that.

That error is a phone error and nothing to do with the SIM or O2
Have a look on Reddit or the pixel community as have seen that error before, and it's usually a OS update that has fubar'd it
