Exactly that. I've always been able to submit a PAC to O2 online in the past. The help pages provide no link. I've specifically created an O2 account to submit.my PAC to O2, but I've been through every single option on the account to no avail. All I've managed to do with that is request a PAC to port out the temporary number I have, which is of absolutely no use. All the links in the community forum I've found result in the a new page declaring: 404 page not found.
Are O2 having issues, or do they not want customers?

The online form has been discontinued
The only option now is to give them a call or use social media
Guide: How to find help & contact O2
In all honest, at this moment in time, porting in to O2 is fraught with risk
Some customers losing their number for weeks or even altogether
Porting out is ok as I did so about two months ago. This is because other providers are doing all the work and doing it correctly

Thanks for the reply, but I'm sorry if I wasn't clear.
I have a PAC from EE to port my number to O2. I can find nowhere on the help pages, or through my account to submit this PAC to O2. On the account I've created, I've managed to request a PAC from O2 for the temporary number, NOT to port my EE number to O2.
